Outside Event: CHELSEA HAYES, CEO, The Coaching Factory

I am looking for 6-10 students to have lunch with Chelsea C. Hayes, on Thursday, February 27TH  from 12:00pm  to 1pm.   Attend the lunch and there will be an in-person raffle for a $25 gift card.

Chelsea C. Hayes, SPHR, is the CEO of The Coaching Factory, an LA-based corporate training and development firm that specializes in interactive experiences on inclusion, leadership and management. The Coaching Factory also provides counsel to CEOs and celebrities. Her clients include global powerhouse brands such as PepsiCo, General Mills, YUM! Brands, Morgan Stanley, Eli Lilly, Spin Master (the home of the Rubik’s Cube), Kendo (the home of Fenty Beauty by Rihanna) and NBC.

Before founding The Coaching Factory, Hayes was the Director of HR for the WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks, after launching her career ghostwriting for the chief diversity officer at General Electric (GE). Hayes earned two bachelor’s degrees from Purdue University after beginning college at the age of 16 and was recently named Purdue University’s Outstanding Alumni under 35. While on campus at Purdue, she ran a global campaign and was elected National 2nd VP of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. which made her the third-highest-ranked officer in a sorority of over 250,000 members.  

Hayes went on to earn a Master of Science in Corporate Communication from Northwestern University and is a proud member of Northwestern University’s Council of 100, an invitation-only group of Northwestern’s top female alumni executives. If she’s not with a client, you can catch her arranging flowers, exercising or napping. Hayes is currently in pre-production for a television show based on her work.
