DESCRIPTION:The Executive Forum is open to the public\, as seating permits\, and provides opportunities for the exchange of ideas and discussion of topics and issues facing business and management. \nChris Fultz is the Vice President of the B-52 / F130 program at Rolls-Royce. He is responsible for operational leadership and direction for the programmatic and contractual delivery of the new F130 engine for the B-52 aircraft\, working closely with USAF and Boeing to deliver the program objectives. This engine replacement program will allow the B-52 aircraft to remain in service an extended time period. \nPrior to this role\, Chris served as the Program Executive for the AE family of engines\, including the AE2100 (C-130)\, AE1107 (V-22) and AE3007 (MQ-25). He was responsible for delivering on all production and OEM integration support. \nChris has been with Rolls-Royce since 1984 and has served in a variety of functions and roles across the business\, including Engineering\, Project Management and Services. He has led multiple New Product Introduction programs across the small helicopter business. Chris has been a part of several business improvement / change initiatives\, and was key leader in the transition from office to home to back to office during the pandemic. \nChris received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Technology from Purdue University. He has his MBA from Indiana University in Marketing and Finance\, and a Masters in Program Management from Penn State University. Chris is a trained Quality Black Belt and holds a PMP certification from the Program Management Institute. \nChris is married to Lisa and they have three children\, all Purdue grads! DESCRIPTION:WEST LAFAYETTE\, Ind. — The top executive at Lafayette-based transportation manufacturer Wabash will headline Purdue University’s next Presidential Lecture Series event for a conversation on how industry and higher education can collectively advance innovation in manufacturing. \nBrent Yeagy\, a Purdue alum who has been Wabash CEO since 2018\, will join Purdue President Mung Chiang for the PLS event at 6 p.m. Thursday\, Nov. 6\, in the Convergence Center (101 Foundry Drive). The event\, titled “From Lab to Market: Unlocking Innovation Through Partnership\,” is free and open to the public but a ticket is required. For tickets and more information\, go here. \n\nPurdue President Mung Chiang\n\n“A leader in creating the ‘Smart Crossroads of America\,’ Brent Yeagy is a proven pioneer and Purdue alum who is taking Wabash to new levels in an extremely competitive global manufacturing landscape\,” Chiang said. “What an honor it is to welcome him as our next PLS guest who represents a major Indiana company and a Purdue industry partner as we discuss ways that industry and higher education can deepen their collaborations to create jobs\, workforce and innovation together.” \nYeagy is a manufacturing leader with more than 30 years of experience in the automotive and commercial transportation industries. As president and CEO of Wabash\, a publicly traded company and leading provider of transportation and logistics solutions\, he is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and overseeing its operations across North America. \nBefore his current appointment\, Yeagy served as president and chief operating officer at Wabash from 2016-18. He joined Wabash in 2003 and has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility\, including vice president of manufacturing\, vice president and general manager of commercial trailer products\, and senior vice president-group president of Wabash’s commercial trailer products. \nPrior to joining Wabash\, Yeagy held human resources\, environmental engineering and safety management positions at Delco Remy International from 1999-2003. He also held various plant engineering roles at Rexnord Corp. from 1995-99 and served in the U.S. Navy from 1991-94. \nYeagy holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering science (1994) and a master’s degree in safety engineering (1998) from Purdue\, and an MBA in business management from Anderson University. He has also attended executive programs at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. \nHe is a graduate of the U.S. Navy’s Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program and participated in the Navy’s Officer Candidate School. Yeagy serves on the boards for the National Association of Manufacturers and the Transportation and Supply Chain Institute at the University of Denver.

The event\, “Training for Space\,” is part of the program’s “Lightning Leadership” series and takes place on Thursday\, Nov. 6th\, from 6:00 – 7:00 PM in Honors Hall (Honors College and Residences\, North/Lee-Such Tower.)\n\nKemp’s Ph.D. is in Technology with an emphasis in Aerospace Human Factors. She is a commercial astronaut in training and currently is an Advanced Human Factors Systems Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies in Phoenix\, Arizona. Participants will learn best practices for web and document accessibility to ensure content is compatible with assistive technology. The session will also explore the promising integration of artificial intelligence in assistive technology and provide valuable resources for further learning. Bio: Josh has worked at Easterseals Crossroads since 2011\, first in employment services and then moved to the assistive technology department. In 2023\, he was promoted to the director of assistive technology. Josh holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs in nonprofit management with a minor in sociology and is a RESNA-certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). In 2018\, Josh took over hosting duties of Assistive Technology Update\, the #1-ranked assistive technology podcast. Her work blends client strategy\, macroeconomic education\, and deep investment research—bringing both precision and perspective to those navigating complex financial landscapes. \nA proud 1988 graduate of Purdue University’s School of Management—now the Mitch Daniels School of Business—Mary credits much of her professional foundation to the leadership opportunities she embraced on campus. She was a member and Vice President of Pi Beta Phi sorority.
